HARGEISA (Somaliguardian) – Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi on Saturday admitted to significant losses his forces suffered after an attack by SSC troops on Goojacade, the break-away region’s largest base in Sool region.
It came a day after SSC forces captured the base, dozens of prisoners war and military vehicles, including tanks.
